JunkCarDesk is a business-to-business service. We collect dealership details, the contact details of the dealership staff who use the portal, vehicle and VIN data, photographs, and payment routing information needed to pay your store.
Data is used to price vehicles, dispatch tow drivers, process titles, issue payment and meet state salvage record-keeping requirements. We do not sell dealership data.
We store only the last four digits of a bank account plus a token held by our payment provider. Full account numbers are never stored in the portal.
Records are retained as long as required by state law. Dealership users see only their own dealership's records. Contact desk@junkcardesk.com to request a copy or deletion of data we are not required to retain.
