These terms govern use of the JunkCarDesk dealer portal by approved dealership partners. By quoting a vehicle you confirm you are authorised to sell it on behalf of the dealership.
Every offer is firm through the stated expiry date provided that the VIN matches, the title is as described, the vehicle has no undisclosed fire or flood history, and the vehicle is substantially as photographed. If any of those differ at pickup we will re-quote before loading.
Pickup is free within our service area. Title, reassignment and odometer paperwork must be provided at or before pickup. Payment is issued after the title is received and verified.
Payment is made to the dealership entity on file by ACH or check. Statements are available in the portal each month.
